Twelve
Weeks to Healthy Habits
This program is the in-depth approach to making permanent changes
in habits that will increase your energy level, your sense of
wellbeing, and your health. We look at tools and strategies for
awareness, movement and eating. As we explore each area, you will
be creating a structure and plan that works for you. We begin
with simple goals immediately, with weekly check-ins for accountability.
As we explore each topic in greater depth, you keep expanding
and deepening your commitment and actions. By the end of three
months, you are already well entrenched in your new habits. $160
for initial 2 hour session, then $40 per session for remaining sessions (30 minutes each).
Life or Wellness Coaching
Coach for a few months to make solid changes in your life, or
coach on an ongoing basis for maximum personal transformation.
With time, you become aware of parts of yourself that were previously
hidden. Increased awareness brings new choices and an enhanced
sense of being in charge of your own life. $160 for initial two
hour session, and then $160 a month for 2 hours of coaching (4-
30 minute or 3- 45 minute sessions per month). If you coach with

Nutrition Consultation
Need to lose weight? Want to improve your eating and exercise
habits? Concerned about high blood sugars, your heart health and/or
metabolic syndrome? Take charge of your own health and wellness.
What, when and how you eat and move make a big difference. Learn
the basic skills and then develop the plan that will work best
for you. $80 per hour. If you wish to take a
different approach, let me know - we can do what ever you think
will work best for you.
